Had a nice stay with great free breakfast and lots of parking. The shuttle service to the lake was convenient, but watch out during peak times—might end up walking. Rooms felt a bit cramped with big luggage, but the price was right for the view of Mt. Fuji!

I found the mattress uncomfortably hard, making sleep difficult at times. Additionally, the room's cleanliness was a concern, as I noticed spider webs in multiple areas. The breakfast selection felt limited, and items often ran out quickly, which was disappointing during peak hours.

Staying here was a delight as it's just a short walk to Happy Days Lake Kawaguchi, where I enjoyed scenic views, and only a little further to the Kawaguchiko Museum of Art, which had fascinating exhibitions. the room was comfortable and the staff went above and beyond to make my stay pleasant.
